Shipping policy

Please carefully review our policies when purchasing our products. These apply to any order you place with us. 

Shipping within UAE & UK

We provide our customers with a range of shipping options, which may sometimes be fulfilled by a third-party supplier responsible for product inventory and shipping.

For all orders, we offer FREE standard shipping within the UAE & UK with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days. Please note that order cut-off time is 14:00 hours (Mon-Fri).

While we aim to deliver products within the specified time frame, kindly note that any delivery times and dates provided are estimates only. Please take into account the possibility of delays during public holidays and weekends.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside UAE and UK. 

Address Change & Tracking

Our team will be happy to assist with changing your preferred delivery date and address should you require. However, please note that if you have received an email informing you that your order has been dispatched, we won’t be able to change your address.

A tracking number will be provided by email once your order is confirmed. You can use this tracking number to track your order by contacting our customer care team at orders@aroobabeauty.com.

Refusal to Accept Delivery

In the event that a customer refuses to accept a package for any reason, they will be held responsible for any additional shipping charges that may apply. If the package is returned to our warehouse, we will refund the cost of the items (with the exclusion of shipping and handling fees) to the customer's original form of payment.

Unresponsiveness

In the event that a customer is unable to receive a delivery despite multiple attempts by the carrier, the package may be returned to our warehouse. Any additional shipping charges that may apply in this situation will be the responsibility of the customer. We strive to keep customers informed of delivery attempts and any issues that may arise during the delivery process.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We take customer safety and hygiene very seriously, which is why we adhere to a strict no-return and exchange policy. However, we understand that sometimes you may require guidance while selecting products, and we are more than happy to assist you in making the right choice so that there will be no need for a return.

In the event that you receive incorrect or damaged items, we offer a hassle-free return and replacement policy. Please reach out to us immediately at support@aroobabeauty.com, and our team will promptly evaluate the issue and take the necessary steps to make it right.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, please contact us first at support@aroobabeauty.com. If your request is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how to complete the process. Please note that any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
