Are your products for Vegans?

Yes, all our products are vegans.


Are your products cruelty-free?

As a brand, we are committed to ethical practices and are proud to be part of the PETA Cruelty Free Programme. We do not condone or allow any form of animal testing from our suppliers or brand partners. Our products are cruelty-free and we are dedicated to maintaining this standard.


Are your products suitable for those following a Gluten free diet?

We are mindful of exclusion dietary requirements and indeed yes, our products are gluten free and there are no detectable levels of gluten introduced in the manufacturing process.


Are your products ‘clean’?

Our products are intentionally formulated without harmful ingredients such as parabens, phthalates, sulfates and talc. For more information on our product formulations and list of excluded ingredients, please visit our Artisanal Product Studio page in the About section.


Are your products Halal?

Yes, our products are developed and manufactured according to Halal principles.


ORDERS, SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Where can I get Arooba products in the United Arab Emirates?

We are available 24hrs a day online on our website.


How do I qualify for free shipping?

Our free shipping for domestic orders applies for AED 300 and over.


How do I track my order?

A tracking number will be provided by email once your order is confirmed. You can use this tracking number to track your order by contacting our customer care team at orders@aroobabeauty.com.


Can I change my delivery address?

Our team will be happy to assist with changing your preferred delivery date and address should you require. However, please note that if you have received an email informing you that your order has been dispatched, we won’t be able to change your address.


I haven’t received my order, what should I do?

We endeavour to process and ship your order within 2 business days of receiving it. However, if you have not received your order within 5 days of placing it, kindly send an email to orders@aroobabeauty.com with the subject "Track Order" and include your order number. Our team will look into the matter and provide you with an update.


My order is damaged/incorrect, what should I do?

We take pride in our commitment to providing exceptional care with every order. We understand that receiving a damaged product can be an inconvenience and assure you that we never want this to happen. In the unlikely event that it does occur, kindly send an email to orders@aroobabeauty.com with the subject line "Damaged", including your order number and a photograph of the damaged product. Our team will promptly address the issue and work with you to resolve it.


How do I return my product?

At Arooba, we prioritize the safety and hygiene of our customers, which is why we adhere to a strict no-return and exchange policy. We are confident that our products will meet your expectations and you will not need to initiate a return or exchange. Can we get Arooba products internationally?

At present, Arooba operates exclusively within the United Arab Emirates. However, we are excited to share that we will soon be expanding into new markets. We encourage you to stay tuned for further announcements regarding our next launch market.

Is there a VAT charge on the products?

We would like to highlight that all product prices displayed on our website include VAT. This means that the price you see is the final amount you will pay for the product.


What forms of payment do you accept?

We offer our customers a range of convenient and secure payment options. You can pay for your order using a Visa or Mastercard through our secure payment gateway. Additionally, we offer Cash on Delivery as a payment option for orders below AED 1000 within the UAE.
